This cozy house is the perfect place to relax. You will find yourself in the middle of multiple tourist spots such as Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Hendricks Park, and downtown Eugene or Springfield.
The house is like one entire bedroom with a bathroom, cable television, garden backyard, and basic kitchen items such as a refrigerator and microwave. Even if you can’t cook inside, there are restaurants nearby for your convenience.

The Douglas Fir Cottage is unusually spacious compared to other small houses. The house is surrounded by entertaining facilities such as the Amazon Pool, coffee shops, and neighborhood stores.
This cottage has everything you need such as a bedroom, minikitchen, bathroom, and living room. Some of the relaxing activities you can do are stay in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, watch the sunsets, and walk by your indoor garden with maple trees and ferns.
This is one of those rental units that I am hesitant to write a review for.. because the selfish part of me wants to keep it a secret so that it is available when I want to stay there again. 😛 In all seriousness though, this is one of the BEST rental units I have ever stayed in. SUPER clean and SUPER great finishes and amenities. I think one of the owners must be an interior designer. The sauna was perfection! Overall this is a simply fantastic unit for a couple looking to explore Eugene. Highly recommend. 🙂 – Megan
Luxurious Getaway! (Views and Hot Tub!)
This luxurious house is the perfect facility when you are with a group of people. What makes this house special is a peaceful getaway from the city.
The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay such as a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Some of the activities you can do are admire the valley view and relax in a hot tub. Downtown Eugene is also only twenty minutes away.
Tremendous WiFi. We had two laptops running Zoom for the entire day. The hot tub was actually hot! Joanna was so responsive and nice, she even dropped off a few items we were missing in our grocery basket. The window bedroom was dreamy. Perfect kitchen for cooking & hanging with folks in the living room, while still enjoying the view. Close by to many great walking, running, and bike trails. – Liam

Christine’s space was exactly what I was looking for as a home base! I had a warm, cozy space to work and appreciated access to her fenced backyard for my dog. The filtered water and huge bathroom were added benefits. It was a quick and easy drive to campus, parks, and restaurants. Christine is friendly and communicative. Would definitely return! – Katie
